I didn't focus on mobility my entire life. Now repenting. Recently started with regular stretching. Results are showing. I had frozen shoulder, and rotator cuff issues. I got scared, if I didn't start stretching one by one entire body would start having issues. I am a former natural bodybuilder who has been exercising for the last 21 years. But all these years my focus was on only stamina, strength, endurance, and muscle gain.
