Things Women Should Be Aware of While Making Their Fitness Plans

Do women need to do some things differently than men when it comes to fitness?

I learned a few things about women and fitness while doing a free course at the Open University. I had to do that course as recently I was dealing with female clients, helping them to transform their bodies. I had to help them build their workout routines.

Moreover, I was helping my wife get fit too. In the past, I didn’t differentiate between my male and female clients. The training approach would be almost similar for both sexes. There would be generic diet and workout plans.

In most local gyms that I have ever visited and even in most books that I have read not much had been talked about when it comes to females and fitness.

This is either due to a lack of research or due to a lack of comfort level to openly discuss certain things with females, especially if the coaches are male.

In many countries and many small states people still don’t talk freely about menstruation or sexual health.
